1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, browsing or using FutaScores you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. We may update these terms and will show the new effective date here.
2. Predictions are opinions
All predictions, tips, jackpot slips and AI insights are statistical opinions based on historical data and form. They are not guarantees. FutaScores is not responsible for any loss arising from decisions you make using the app.
3. Age and responsible betting
You must be 18 years or older to use paid prediction features. Only stake what you can afford to lose. If betting stops being fun, seek help from a local responsible gambling organisation.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your phone number, PIN and account details secure. Do not share VIP content with third parties or resell it; accounts found sharing paid slips may be suspended without a refund.
5. VIP subscriptions and payments
VIP plans are prepaid for the period shown at checkout and start immediately after successful payment. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you choose to renew. Payments made through mobile money or card are processed by our payment partners.
6. Refunds
Because predictions are delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged but did not receive access, contact support within 48 hours and we will restore access or refund the charge.
7. Third-party content
Live scores, statistics and news headlines are sourced from third-party providers and reproduced for reading convenience with attribution to the original publisher. We do not claim ownership of that content.
