I paid but VIP is still locked
Give it 2 minutes and reopen the app. If it is still locked, send your payment reference to billing@futascores.com and we will unlock it immediately.
How do I cancel a subscription?
VIP plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew. Simply do not renew when the period ends.
Why is a score not updating?
Scores refresh every few seconds from our data partners. Pull down on the Live tab to force a refresh.
How accurate are the predictions?
Our models average 70-80% on double chance markets, but no prediction is guaranteed. Always stake responsibly.
